The Future Mustang Bullit Car will be introduced on March next year.Like the last Bullitt-edition ‘Stang, power output is bumped only slightly — in this case, it’s going to come in at 312 horses, thanks to the Ford Racing Power Pack. Other Bullitt mods include a retuned suspension, strut tower brace, x-pipe, new exhaust tips, V6-style grille,red brake calipers, 3:73 rear, 18″ “Bullitt” wheels and, of course, Highland Green paint. The car’s also going to be available in black for the non-purists out there.

Pricing is still a mystery, but we now know that the program will go on for seven months and produce 7,000 cars for the US.This latest Bullitt is likely to share many of the same features of the 2001, namely deletion of GT foglamps. As for the engine, it’s likely to carry the standard 3v 4.6L engine – nothing fancy. The Bullitt Mustang has always been more about being nostalgic than anything else.

It could possibly be some cosmetic facelifting applied to a base Mustang GT and perhaps the inclusion of a FRPP Power Pack.
